This notice explains how Vale Collective handles your information when you browse, customize products, and place orders.

What we process
We process only the information needed to run the store and fulfil orders.
- • Customisation selections stored in browser localStorage and transmitted through design URLs.
- • Design details such as style, mission, years, hoodie colour, size, phrase, symbol, flag, landmark, and print colour.
- • Order, payment, contact, delivery, and support information when you check out through Shopify or contact us by email.
- • Production and fulfilment details that must be sent to Printful to make and ship the order.
Why we use it
Purposes and lawful bases.
- • Contract performance: creating your design, showing your selections, processing orders, and fulfilling purchases.
- • Legal obligations: tax, accounting, consumer-law, and recordkeeping duties where applicable.
- • Legitimate interests where appropriate: fraud prevention, service reliability, support, and internal troubleshooting.
Service providers
Shopify and Printful perform essential checkout and fulfilment functions.
Shopify handles checkout, payment, and order information. Printful handles the production and fulfilment information required to manufacture and ship physical products. Additional service providers may be used only where needed to operate the store.
Vale currently uses no advertising analytics, advertising pixels, or other non-essential tracking.
Shopify checkout may have its own privacy and cookie practices that are managed by Shopify.
Cookies and local storage
Browser selections remain until cleared or replaced.
Vale's customiser stores design selections in localStorage so the page can restore your hoodie choices. Vale currently uses no non-essential tracking that would require a cookie banner.
Retention, transfers, and rights
Retention is based on purpose and legal duty, not a fixed promise today.
We keep order, support, and fulfilment records for as long as needed to run the business, handle returns or complaints, satisfy legal duties, and support the service. Some providers may process data outside Portugal or the EEA; where that happens, appropriate safeguards and contract terms apply as required by law.
You can ask to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data where the law gives you those rights. You can also complain to Portugal’s CNPD.
